Chetan Sampat

I am an Architectural Designer with a Master of Architecture from the University at Buffalo, with over three years of professional experience spanning two continents. My work focuses on designing spaces that are both technically rigorous and experientially compelling.

My practice bridges schematic design through construction administration, with a strong foundation in BIM-integrated workflows, sustainable systems, and building code compliance. I approach architecture as a process of listening — to the site, to the user, and to the broader community each project serves.

I have contributed to over 150,000 sq ft of Fortune 500 workplace interiors for clients including Sony, Fidelity, Meta, and Times Group at Alcove Design, Mumbai, and have continued to develop this experience in the U.S. while working with Tommaso Briatico Architects in Buffalo.

My work spans residential, cultural, mixed-use, educational, and transit-oriented projects, shaped by a research-driven approach and a focus on how the built environment influences everyday life.

Alongside professional practice, I have worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University at Buffalo, mentoring students through design studios and fostering critical, thoughtful approaches to architecture.
